Shipping

Goldsmiths Gallery Jewellers uses Courier Post for their shipping.                  Shipping costs $10.

We will text you with your tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped. Delivery is targeted at overnight but please allow 2-7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

We will courier your items to you using a signature required bag, so it will require a signature on delivery for security reasons. If you’re not present when the delivery arrives, a notice will be left at your address providing details of alternate delivery or pick-up arrangements.

We process and pack your order as soon as possible. This means that your shipping address can only be changed if your order has not been processed. To change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible on 07 838 3418.

Whilst we endeavour to fulfil all orders, please be aware that some styles may not be available at the time of dispatch, particularly during sale or high demand periods like Christmas. If an item becomes unavailable , we will attempt to locate it and dispatch it to you as soon as possible. We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order.

We work hard to protect our customer's personal and financial information from being used in a fraudulent manner. We undertake efforts to verify the security and privacy of all orders. Due to these efforts, most orders take a minimum of 1 - 2 business days before being approved for shipment.
