Refund policy

At Goldsmiths Gallery Jewellers we stand by the quality of our product. Your satisfaction is important to us.

If any goods are faulty we will meet our statutory obligations to provide a remedy. Goldsmiths Gallery Jewellers is not required to provide a refund if you change your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully.

If you've made a purchase from our website and need to return the product, we will exchange the item for an instore credit if returned within 15 days of purchase. The goods must be in an unworn and new condition and in the original packaging. Please use one of the following return methods:

Return to Store:

  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 15 days from the date of dispatch. (Please bring your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase.)

 

Unfortunately we are not able to accept items for return if they have been specially ordered, sized, engraved or altered.

  • Firstly please contact us on info@goldsmithsgallery.co.nz or call us on 07 838 3418 to start the return process.
  • Ensure the product is in original condition and original packaging.
  • Return the product within 15 days from the date of dispatch.  Include your invoice or packing slip as proof of purchase).
  • Return product to the following address:

  • Upon receiving the product, we will take the required action which includes thorough testing of the goods to ensure that the item has not be altered or tampered with in any way.

Goldsmiths Gallery Jewellers will not refund the original delivery costs relating to the return of non-faulty product(s).
